Natasha completed her PhD, which was focused on improving outcomes for children with fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD). Before Natasha commenced her PhD studies she worked in foster care and supporting children with developmental disabilities (e.g. Autism, Downs Syndrome) in home and school-based programs.

As a Clinical Psychologist Natasha has experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a number of different settings, including a private psychiatric hospital, Queensland Health and in private practice. She has training in a range of evidence-based treatment approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). Natasha is committed to ongoing professional development and has a particular interest in furthering her skills in Compassion Focused Therapy and family therapy.

Natasha’s PhD researched focused on improving individualised, strengths-based therapy approaches for clients experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including, but not limited to anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, relationship difficulties and physical and/or cognitive disabilities. She endeavors to provide a therapeutic environment that is relaxed, engaging, and respectful for all clients.
