Jenna has over 8 years of experience as a psychologist. Jenna has experience working with Children and Adolescents experiencing severe and complex mental illness, across both the public and private sectors. Jenna also works with adults presenting with a range of mental health concerns such as, anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, personality vulnerabilities, and family, parenting and work difficulties.
Jenna primarily draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Mentalisation Based Treatment in individual therapy. Jenna utilises Family Based Therapy in the treatment of youth suffering Anorexia Nervosa. Jenna also provides attachment-based parenting support to parents/caregivers of children suffering anxiety, attachment or behavioural difficulties.
Jenna is passionate about providing a safe and therapeutic space to support individuals to improve their understanding of themselves, or their children, and learn to respond skilfully to life stressors. Jenna provides supervision to provisional psychologists seeking to gain general registration with AHPRA, registered psychologists, and secondary supervision to psychology registrars seeking to gain Clinical or Educational and Developmental endorsement.
